The panels are designed with a special type of latex filling, that lifts the pad off the spinal column of the horse (similar to a normal saddle with tree inside). The treeless saddle  pad allows the rider to have the extremely close contact feel of a treeless saddle while still freeing the spine of the horse. The back of the seat of the saddle is well stuffed with latex helping the rider find a balanced, secure, and comfortable seat.
